As an agency under the Cayman Islands Government, the Cayman Islands Investment Bureau provides a central point for the coordination of resources and information, which investors, entrepreneurs and/or developers can access regarding business opportunities in the Cayman Islands.

Our vision is to contribute to sustainable economic development for the Cayman Islands through the encouragement of investment and entrepreneurial ventures, which generate income, employment, innovation, linkages, and domestic competitiveness.

To provide high quality business and economic development assistance to small businesses and prospective small businesses in order to promote growth, expansion, innovation, increased productivity and management improvement.

To attract the interest of foreign investors whose business interests are appropriate for the Cayman Islands and which will foster development in the local economy through beneficial linkages.

Objective: Investment Climate

To research and monitor investment and commerce in the Cayman Islands in order to provide policy advice on ways to enhance the investment climate.
