Services Standards
The Cayman Islands Department of Commerce & Investment is committed to maintaining a high standard of service delivery to all of its clients. All members of staff sign a code of conduct that explicitly recognizes the rights of our clients to the confidentiality of information that they provide. In addition, we have a Service Standards policy that outlines the Bureau's policies and procedures with respect to five key areas:
- Accessibility of Services
- Responding to Individuals
- Participation and Choice
- Confidentiality and Privacy
- Feedback and Complaints
As part of these standards, DCI has an internal complaints process in place. This is outlined in the Service Standards Manual, and a copy of the DCI Complaints Form can be downloaded from the forms section of this website.
